To anyone playing the Star Wars: Galaxies Beta...

Is it as dull and over-complicated as the site suggested it would be? It started off sounding like a great concept - kind of Elite crossed with DAoC, but over the last few months, it was a case of too many cooks, from what i read.

Lucasarts trying to please all of the people all of the time and all that.

So, givf details! Will it be worth the cash? Is there a particular class/race causing huge inbalances? Just generally -

Will it be wasting my wages to buy this?

there's not that much you can say about swg without breaking the nda. it has a lot going for it, the devs work very, very hard and respond to player comments quickly. the current playerbase seems mature (!) and friendly. we'll see

PS aint a roleplaying game so you shouldn't compare it to SWG anyway.

The only thing with SWG is that at 29 I've finally got fed up with Starwars.
