I just thought I would let everyone know (even if you're not interested or have forgotten who I am) that I am now 10 weeks pregnant

This has, however, had a negative effect on my Quake playing. In fact, it has had a negative effect on me using the Internet at all!! I just can't be bothered!.

So a word to the wise here, unless you want to use it as a Quake addiction cure, don't get pregnant!! It plays hell with your gaming life

Gad, 10 weeks, only another 26 weeks or so to go. You will prolly freak out whenever someone rails you after your fully armoured and weaponed up or you'll play very leisurely and not give a monkeys

What will a baby make of all those Quake noises meantime? Bet its first words will be "Huuahh..Huaaahhh!" "*UnF*", "NOOOooooo!!"

The idea of a name is a good one, you'll prolly get some very good suggestions from us all.

Yes I am female, and I have been for some time now too!!

I (that is we, former TBF Ithaqua and I) have decided that if it is a boy he will be called William after my very aged Grandfather, or Bethany if she is a girl, because we like the name - although we were considering calling him Dexter Mullholland the Second if it was a boy, but decided that this was a bit of a mouthfull and probably wouldn't go down too well at school

Thank you for all of your suggestions though, if we were stuck for a name I would have posted a request to you all just for the fun factor you would all have gotten out of it!

He/She/It will be born in August if all goes well - I have had my first scan and if you like I will see if I can upload it for you in case you were interested.

Alas, my Quake playing days may have dwindled at the moment, but with Cable Iternet offering 1p per minute calls any time of day as of Feb 01 I might still find some time on my days off to get online when it is quiet and frag or be fragged!

I'll try and keep you all updated if you are interested
