Contacting GOA.

Has anyone got any email addresses for contacting GOA at all?

The support@camelot-europe.com returns delivery failures! subscriptions@goa.com gets nothing back.

I want to reactivate my old account and get the account I created last weekend useable! Nothing seems to be working

subscription@goa.com is the email address they use dealing with accounts etc as far as i know.

Hehe, you're hitting a brick wall which I hit when I started having (and am still having) problems.

There's a lovely catch 22: there's an email address on the Options page in DAoC but you can't actually get to it if you're having an account problem to find out what the email address is. Its support@darkageofcamelot.com but to be honest I don't think this is GOA but Mythic, who will simply refer you back to GOA if they answer at all.

I *think* you can email support@goa.com, but I'm not sure.

I've asked GOA to put an email address for support purposes (as part of a technical problem I'm having in game) on their official webby but haven't had a response.

I email subscription@goa.com when I have problems (any kind). They forward it to the right person/adress and send you a message when they do. I've never had any problems with this, usually you get an answer within a few hours.

I'm still waiting for my account details of a new account I created two weeks ago and trying to get details of one I closed a while ago.

They have started billing me now, (had a debit two days ago) and they have closed two of my questions without answering them at all.

It's really pissing me off. I may get my credit card company involved if they do not send me my account details as they are now officially taking my money without providing any sort of service at all.

You'd have better luck constructing an alter and sacrificing virgins on it if you want to contact GOA.
