Constant crashes

Anyone have any idea what might cause it ?

Running Catacombs on:

Athlon 2600+
FX5200
512 DDR RAM
WinXp Home Edition
latest drivers / dx 9.0c , well ventilated etc...

Basically i can play for about 20 mins at a time, then pc locks up and i have to restart. I'm not a techhead so can't sort it out myself unfortunately
Any help would be lovely even though it could be any number of factors causing it

Just a simple thing, you have plenty of space on your Hard Drive? i.e more than a quarter the pie (when right clicking on the C: Drive and the Properties)

Also, what client you using? might be worth trying a complete re-install of the game if its just happening in DAOC. Try a few other games if possible.

could be that you dont have the right voltage to your graphics card should be 1.8v in bios.

also could be that you have too many proccess running and they are fighting for memory, try upgarding to 1gb of memory.

This isnt much help mate, But i had the problem on my old pc.... The pc had worked fine for ages... then all of a sudden it locked.

It then seemed stable for a week.... then im talking every 5-10 minutes freeze... restart.. freeze..

One thing i noticed on task manager was Computer usage: 100%... and it never used to be this.

I bought a new pc, So cant advise you much waht to do ;x
