Ok I am making some small CS modifications for my clan and want to know
how the hell do u change the picture which makes up the background of the console.
I know it is in a file called cached.wad and that it is called CONBACK (i think). I opened it in WALLY but it wouldnt let me edit in. Any1 know what software will edit this file?
