Is there a website with console commands for UT ? It always seems so dark to me...

I wanted to know cos I was just in the process of downloading UT Tactical Ops. Well what a waste of 4 hours of ISDN downloading that was. Do they think no-ones ever played counter-strike ?
Anyway the info may be usefull if I ever give UT a go again, many thanks
