I recently changed my game password and can no longer log onto RightNow - I get "wrong password" message.

Yes, sometimes Rightnow does not update with your changed password. If you can still remember your old password you can log into RightNow using that and ask for your account to be synchronised. If you can't then email subscription(at)goa(dot)com and they can do it for you.

I have, my rightnow account is still running on my first ever game password, but i change my PW every now and then so its good to not have to change the RN one as well.

If all else fails just click on the "email me my password" button on the login screen and itl email you the password it think sis correct - never failed for me so far.
