computer fucking me about again

im trying to install a driver but i keep getting an error about "the software has not passed windows logo testing the software will not be installed".

hold the phone mr computer, surely its upto me if the driver is installed not you?

how i can make the computer realise im the boss again?

other drivers used to say this but it used to give an option to install it or not anyway.

im logged on as administrator.

This might help, might not. Depends on the problem.

Start Menu -> Control panel -> System -> Hardware ->Driver signing. This is probably set to 'Disable'. If you set this to warn or ignore, it will allow you to install it (warn will prompt u first ignore will do do it automatically
