Components from abroad.

Hi,

I am in the next few days buying a new processor (probably the xp 1800).

Looking on the web it seems far cheaper to buy from the states. Anyone had any experience of ordering pc components from abroad? Any good web sites you know of?

yep but being a non-us resident the retailer doesn't have to give you any warranty/guarantee and you waive your statutory rights as a UK consumer... not necessarily worth the £10 saving
