I have to say I was more than plesantly surprised with this. Had to flatten & reinstall a Compaq Armada laptop & stumbled across this little gem while looking for the drivers.

I only wish other PC manufacturers were as good in this respect, an absolute prize piece of software. Anyone else had the pleasure?

They are good at making it easier and easier for people to maintain their PCs/Laptops.

Their telephone tech support is excellent too. They are still willing to give support for my 3 year old deskpro.

I don't particularly like their pc platform servers, but they make killer top-edge workstations, and the support is sheer beauty

Dell are rolling out something similar for their mobile machines, it's on my new inspiron but I've not bothered to fire it up yet.
