Color Logos

Is there anyone out there that knows how to do a photo sorta logo like I went in one server and someone sprayed a logo on the wall of some womans boobs and an a.m.d logo -etc- all done like a photo quality sorta - If so can you please say? As I asked around and nooooooo one seems to answer me on that. Thanks.
