Cold LW and Levi

Im busy Lvling up me Mercs Arifacts but just wondering how effective cold LW are with reavers. Ive got a spare CVW and am just wondering whats the biggest hit any reavers out there have got with a Cold LW and Levi... imo the damage should be very good and am just wondering what the biggest hit with the debuff proc is ??

While the debuff is nice, LW flexers are generally speaking too slow for reavers. What you want is to persuade other tanks in your train to use em really
