I can't for the life of me figure out where my CoD5 profile is.

I played CoD5 Steam version on XP and got some levels which I don't fancy doing again. I'm on Win7 now but I still have all the old HDs connected but I cannot find the profile anywhere. Steam has not transferred it. Google is getting me nowhere. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRGH1!

Need something to do while my PS3 is repaired/dead and I got 55 on C0D4 now
