Co5 question

Hello guys

I had done the 4 30s and the 40s Champ questes, and also got the champion staff now, now i just wanna go to Co5, and I had taked the first quest in the 50s, and now is says that i have to go to East Svaeland, near Audliten.
so is there anymore i can do before joining a Co5 raid?
