Co - Op RPG

Are there any decent ones around at the minute? Im talking a game with a good story line with decent character building which is playable? Tried NWN 2 after loving the first but it sucks balls, went back to D2 but it just made me want to play the new one.

Im after something like the origional Dragon Age or Mass Effect 2 which you can play with a friend. Any suggestions ?
