Cluster forum?

I can't recall reading anything about a new section on FH dedicated to the Pryd/Excal cluster. Was there something said about it, which I missed, or aren't there any plans for any such thing?
You might not think it logical to post this in the rvr section, but it is, seeing cluster's main impact would be on rvr, same goes for the cross-server whines :>
What have the mods said about this subject so far?
