Cloth robe stats

Could anyone confirm the stats on this robe ? :

Silksteel Lightning Embossed Cloth Robe

Magical Bonuses:

Intelligence: 12 pts

but it also says that "Stats do not reflect the 1.68 patch changes"

So i'm not really sure if they are right. I looked in the 1.68 patch notes but couldn't find anything

stats are wrong, dont know the true ones

Can't find true stats either, but I think they are something like 2% casting, 15 int and 6% power... my wild gues .

rnp I think it is the one from ML9 ?

if so I might have 1 in my vault and it only have +2% casting spd now not sure about the rest

Nope Freez, that ones the ML8 robe. Which step/mob of ML8 - sorry I dont know
