Closing Guild & Re-Start?

lo peeps

ok about a month or so ago i decided to start a new guild..we chose an emblem ..but some members afterwards decided it was a bit too bright ..so we changed it to a dark emblem ..only problem is its exactly same as Eclipse's emblem apart from the shade.. now this is the problem ...

There is myself GM & 1 other officer who started the guild with me..however this officer has not been in-game since & was only low level so im very doubtful she will never come back. After looking up about closing a guild it says it can only be done if there no other officers because if I leave then the guiuld will automatically stay open & the next officer in-line will get the GM tag..as you can see this is a problem ive used the "Auto-Remove" command but like i say the officer is NEVER in-game ..can someone please shed some light on how i can close this guild & re-open it under same name so we can choose a different emblem,

1 more thing, if she ever does come back in-game & the Auto-remove does work..how will i know ?

can only do it 1nce & we already changed it from the bright emblem that no-one liked

Autoremove doesnt work on the euro version, after several rightnows I was told that someone with a guildmaster on their account can request people being removed via rightnow.

I tried it with Public Enemies in the start as well when we chose the wrong emblem. Sure you can change it once but when it turns out crap 2 times it sucks.

Im not sure if you could have the same guild name anyway - no idea how the system works. you may be better off asking rightnow to reset the flag that indicates you've changed the emblem.

Log a call on right now, and let them know the cloak is very similar to another guild and was made in error, and you have agreed with the other guild to change youurs. I'm sure they can help

The GM (ie the founder, not people you have raised to GM status) should be able to dissolve the guild, without consent from any officers. You cannot do this if the original founder no longer plays, or have given up his position (ie left the guild).

i think i try contacting Right Now as Nxs suggested & try get the flag reset or something as this would be far easier as we now have quite a few members, so closing & re-starting the guild was the last thing i want to do

just one more thing

I tried to sign up an account on rightnow but i cant see a "Register" tag? it says click on the Log-On tab & register which i did but cant see anyhting to do wqith signing up an account ?

To use rightnow - use your CURRENT game login and password.

Well thats what i used when I played Also remember to be specific, the more information you can give the better.

Guild Name
Server Name
Realm
Your characters name (if needed)

The more information you can give on the problem, the less questions they have to ask and the quicker turn around you'll have.

Be polite.... be descriptive... be patient.... but remember, you ARE a paying customer.
