Presumably he was distracted while attempting to brush his teeth using the window washers or maybe he was changing from pyjamas to trousers whilst driving in a hilariously convoluted fashion.
Or maybe he was driving too fast, which in a McLaren is wayyy to fast.

I noticed in the first article it doesn't say he was travelling at 240mph. It says its a 240mph supercar. I didn't look at any of the other articles.

He was probably dawdling along at 30 and did something dopey

It's not the first time it's been mangled. He had a crash with a Metro a year after buying it and ruined the front wing, so he'll just have it fixed and be back on the roads.
