Or go to allakhazam and pick Midgard + Slot Cloak search. Thats how I find items I like. Focus on TOA only items and its quite a quick and easy way to find the goodies!

Magma cloak have 7 str cap i think... drops from a rare snake in Volcanus...

just nuke em with cold, wont take long, its just red, only tricky part is if ur unlucky, u'll have to swim in the lava to get it
