Cloaks with high collar

Anybody seen, or now where to obtain those cloaks with the high collar in Albion? Can they be crafted yet?

If I recall, there's a quest reward that gives a high collared cloak as reward...

um...um...

Hazarding a guess (remember, been like 4 months since I last played), it's the one where you have to kill the cabalist in the tower (SI Quest).

Hmm...looks for a screenie...ahe yes. I remember, I got someone to pose for me, here she is. For the life of me I can't remember her name. Was a necro on Prydwen, could never figure out why she chose a human.

Nope, they can't be crafted - they're ONLY available from the Restoring the Magic quest in SI which is a level 50 quest. However, the cloaks are tradeable so I'm sure there's someone out there who will sell you one for a price if you're that desperate
