cloak of misery ABS debuff

i got this cloak today with my sweet brother.
as a zerker in a GG this cloak is a pretty good item to ABS debuff support.

it has 2x6 resists and 2x7resists and the -20ABS debuff charge 10/10.
so i wanted to test it on duel.

preferable chain armor (27% abs) so with the charge it should drop your abs to 7%. but in the duels when i charged it on the testbunny i didn't notice any melee damage difference between before charge and after charge.
i tested it on a shaman buffbot (chain) and a pretty good toa'd/sc'd healer.

1, maybe this thing is bugged, and doesn't do shit
2, it only works in rvr and not in duels
3, it only works in pve, don't know if mobs have some form of armor ABS.

anyone got any experience with this cloak in rvr? cause i would like to use it, if it works.

sounds like same kinda debuff as battler. were u ghet it from btw? :d sounds interesting, but ye maybne its bugged if it doesnt work in duel.

sounds like the poc dungeon weapons with 20% abs debuff proc - effect is pretty small, have heard that its 20% of abs is removed, so of 20abs armour 2% would be debuffed, not a straight out - 20% abs like battler

drops from a mob in leirvik afaik, named Savage Koalinth Matriarch or something like that, roams around near portal keep. Have gotten two of these on my zerker, think theres another variant also with ae str/con decrease.

I got 3 different cloaks before i accidentally dinged out from Leirvik.
Wanted to farm some more cloaks before i left. :\

Cloak of Misery: cold/spirit 7%, matter/energy 6% and a -20 abs debuff for 1 min. 1500 range.

Cloak of Savagery: body/slash 7%, crush/thrust 6% and a 40 AF debuff for 30 sec. 1500 range.

Cloak of Anguish: 48 hits, con/str 18, heat 6% and a 40 str/con debuff. 1 min dur, 1200 range and 250 radius.

I haven't tried any of them yet, so don't know how good the abs debuff is.
They are lv 46, btw.

its a percentage of a percentage its not a straight reduction so its not dropping to 7% its actually 20% OF 27% its the reason why creep is so bugged the abs debuff bombers do actually very little

so a 20% debuff is only dropping 27% armour by 5% not 20% .


Its mythic and their inability to do any simple maths
