Im no expert but get better items than those - look at the util for one..

If you cant cap almost all because of limited jewelry, I would try to get more + hits and less + strength, but that's of course my opinion.

Your rings have pretty low utility. If you can work 2 Infernal Black Diamond rings in it, which give you instantly 20% cold resist + stats and have util of 36, you can probably squeeze more out of it.

/edit hmm just noticed you would overcap cold resist a lot with 2 of those rings

Cloak: Not the easiest item for a cleric since they dont get any great cloaks from quests. Theres Cloak of Renitency which isnt too bad, Hooded Blades Cloak (quest reward for tanks if you can get one from a friend/alt), or the overrated FoTM Oil Drenched Cleaning Rag (dont buy one, not worth the silly prices, but if youve got one lying around ...)

Jewel: Gem of Spirit Abhorrent from pygmys (and others) in Lyonesse, or Ancient Copper Coin (same quest as your necklace - may have to repeat quest a few more times)

Belt: Only one sensible choice - Scurceol's Belt. May take a little time to get since quest requires something like 6FG. Im sure you can live with less than perfect equipment for a few weeks until your able to get it.

Rings: Ring of Defiant Soul gets better in 1.63 (shouldnt be far away now) so you could plan for improved version. Other than that there arent many easy to get choices - the old favourite Infernal Black Diamond Rings from DF work fine.
