Calculation is easy.

One hour in DAoC is one minute in real life.

One day in DAoC is 24 minutes.

One week is 168 minutes / 2 hours 48 minutes.

One month is 672 minutes / 11 hours 12 minutes.

One year is 8064 minutes / 134 hours 24 minutes / 5 days 14 hours 24 minutes.

Now, what you need to do is to check your /played or /play or whatnot. Then make the necessary calculations and presto! You got your characters real age.( minus childhood and such. That's up to you.)

Example:

Playtime is 5days 3hours 50 minutes.

I'll turn it to minutes to make it easy.

Playtime is 7430 minutes.

Now i'll divide the 7430 with 24 and see how many days my character has been around(in DAoC time).

309 days and 14 minutes to spare.

So the adventure of my character hasn't even taken a year.

Now let's say my character was 20 years old when starting, he'd now be nearing his 21st birthday.

At 5 days 14 hours 24 minutes he would reach the one year mark, and the next 24 minutes would be his birthday.

Have fun!

Erm... Or to save you some time, just divide the days /played by 6 and that's his age in years (arbitrarily add 20 if you like)...

Mine feel older.

162 days played, so 27 or 47 with the initial 20.

I prefer the 27.
