If u wanna recruit then u might like to the following action, it saves u a lot of bullshit.
register ureself as a member of barrys and go to the recruitment chapter. There u have the option of screening peeps who wanna join a clan or u can place an ad. for ure clan.
My personal experience is that u wont find many godlike-players, most of them are rookies although they might claim something else.
But if ure willing to adapt some rookies to moderate players, then this is the place!
If u want to attract godlike players then u have to recruit more actively while playin online, to my opinion the only way
