Clan signup problem

I have signed my clan 3 times, but after there is no way to add player

Have you checked that:

- the player has signed up on the bwtfcl site
- when you did a search for them, their name appeared
- you are the clan leader and so when you find the player in the database, you actually get the option to add them

?
