Err, whys that ? Because no one plays the bloody games.
Hotteh has put a sticky for CS trying to organise a game, how many of you have replied ?
Ive done a sticky for DOD, all ive had is negative replies. Are you all too l33t to enjoy playing Half Life mods now ?
Last night I played Q3 CTF on BW as an organised game, it was about 7 a side and was bloody good fun. Tuesday night I played BF1942 on BW, about 8 a side and a good laugh too.
Considering DoD, let alone CS, is a numerically far more popular game than either of them, it's suprising we cant be arsed to do anything to organise a game innit ?

Well, some of us are too 1337 to play half life mods more than occasionaly, however, we must sort out that [G] versus kea DoD match soon.

We have a relatively quiet couple of weeks coming up, (only 3 games a week or so), so we may be able to squeeze it in, so to speak.

Yep I look at it as a Rail Gun, but with targets that move at a quarter of quake speed lol.
In fairness, the tommy gun once you get used to it is the best all round gun in dod imo, good for spraying and also accurate to quite a distance if you use short bursts.

I hate the mgs, as there are a few good dod players here (unlike the CS ones) and they always get the nicest posts where us n00bs can't get them

I played CS for a while over a LAN in a net cafe the other day, it was fy_ maps and I had great fun. I suppose thought thats because I havent played it for ages and it is nice every now and again

I'm off on a bus trip inland to Brisbane, then via the coast to Cairns on Monday. We are going to fly to Alice Springs from there and then back to Sydney. It should take the best part of two months to do. Then its via the coast to Brisbane to cath our flight to LA.

Not exactly looking forward to visiting America given the current political climate and the fact its on high terror alert every day.
