Clan CIX recruiting for BF1942

Some people think we are crazy. Some people think we are taking a bold leap of faith. Others just have no bloody clue who we are and would rather be down the pub than reading this post.

The topic really covers the important details. Clan CIX (yes the old one) are now playing BF1942 and want some more players. With the majority of our veteran CS squad putting down their AKs for the--frankly far funnier--toys available in BF we already have a solid core squad.

So why join CIX? Well we are fluffier than this cow ->

Still not convinced? We played CS and didn't go tits up in 3 months, which clearly indicates godlike survival instincts. In over 4.5 years of gaming we haven't once lost a single game of Unreal Tournament*. We are sponsored, so we get free servers. We have regular lans in various parts of the country. We manage to do quite well and still have fun at the same time.

There is a reason I'm not in Marketing. Look we are great mmkay.

I think that's the biggest issue most people fail to realise clanwise. Matches are gonna have to be at least 12 a side to get any kind of decent tactics going.

As many as 12? CIX were fielding 12 players 4 years ago in TF matches
I'm aiming to be able to field a 16 player team, which means about 20-24 active clan members. We're up to about 12 now, with a few wavering possibles.
Still plenty room if anyone wants to sign up
