cl trouble

Im havin trouble gettin the king to give me cl10 title. I have max cl xp and have peacekeeper title atm but the king wont talk to me to give new titles?
anyone know what im doin wrong

what client you on ???

you need to be running lotm client to advance post cl5
meaning if your running DR/Cata/ToA and have full clxp then speak to the king nothing ill happen

thats the only thing i can think off

thats it ive changed to laptop with cata client only
