what is the fastest way to boost it to 10 these days?

How many hours /played would it take to get from CL 0 - CL10? I really can't be arsed doing the quests again.

zerg surfing won't take too long tbh.

Keep/tower takes for the bps. Then buy bounty point xp stones. 100 bps will get about half a bub of clxp.

Yes Civy. Also you cannot trade the scrolls so you'll have to earn the BP's on the character and buy them

Really just rvr you get it quicky without much bother. Bps and CL come much faster also solo or in small grps than in a fg if that is your bag, a bit like killing yell cons for xp.
