What did the west country do to piss off Labour? must have done something. I can understand the attempt to price up cheap alcohol such as White Lightning but why attack the whole industry with a punitive tax in one big swoop, it's not even staggered! I await to see how many small time brewers can't adapt in time and close... all for a measly £15m

Also the NI increase? From what I can work out this future increase will cost more in lost tax receipts from depressed business growth that what it will raise in taxes... buh..

Don't forget that when Darling mentions they want to halve borrowing in 4 years, that isn't the same thing as halving our debt.

Also don't forget to add the public pension deficit to borrowing (not included in the figures), and PFI.

They'd remove us from the EU, thus spanking loads of tarrif free trade we do (in both directions) - which would push up prices, put people out of work and generally do no one any good.

Oh and they'd round up the darkies and shoot them.

If you saw the Chancellors' Debate on Channel 4 you may have seen George Osborne being drummed into the ground every step of the way...if that guy ever get's into Number 11 he'll certainly make the country a lot worse! Also he was talking about regulating the banks...I thought Conservatives were anti regulation and promoted the laissez-faire capitalism approach.

Vince Cable was taking huge chunks out of him as well. I'd much rather have the Lib Dems in than the Conservatives.
