Never played Saints Row but GTA doesn't tickle my pickle, i've been playing it abit recently and it's just same ole' same ole' shite tbh! Each to there own though.

More of a FPS or strategy myself. Sorry i cant contribute Tohtry!

I've only played GTA the original, GTA3 and GTA vice city, never played Saints Row, but the advert on TV for it, with the idiot prancing around with a gun, wearing what looks like a pink dressing gown (!!!?) annoys me so much I have to vote against it!

anyway, saints row is like GTA yes, but if we disregard the "saints row for life!" argument, it just does things better.

Ofcourse one can't compare the latest GTA to Saints row, but upcoming saints row 2 is just too good to wait

The thing about these is GTA is more realistic, too realistic even in some parts, it's not BAD nonono, it's good, but with saints row you get complete customization of your character, customization of your cars(don't know about gta4), and ofcourse things like...

I think the biggest win factor in the whole GTA4 vs SR2 "competition" will be that SR2 has co-op storymode.

That's just too many kinds of nice. Not to mention all the little things, like miniguns on monster trucks and throwing people into traffic from buildings.

Oh and yes, because of female characters, there will be female clothing, which th male can buy too. So online got a little bit scarier

Online mode isn't the same as co-op storymode. Meaning two people can play at the same time on the main story. The online gang wars of saints row 2 will be quite impressive aswell.

Nope, I'd picked that one aswell. Can't wait for the 2nd one, it's looking extremely good and if they get the story down it's going to shit all over GTAIV.

Regarding the 2 actual games in the poll, I have always seen Saints Row as a cheap knockoff from GTA, that said - I don't really find anyone of them entertaining for more than a few hours.
