They should just give the organs to the local hospitals to use as needed, selling them is a bit bad. Murderers and Rapists as far as I am concerned have no Human Rights after commiting such an act, so someone might aswell live from their organs. It is probably the only good thing to come from their own lives.

I doubt it but I dont live in China so I am not subject to there laws, although I believe Criminals should be punished to make sure they do not cross the line of the law again. But if I had the greatest idea ever to cut crime and deliver hard punishment for criminals I would be sitting in a massive house working for the government.

Ever read any Larry Niven? In some of his books this is exactly what happens; of course, as the demand for organs increases the crimes with the death penalty get more trivial; eventually people get executed for too many unpaid speeding tickets (there's one for Tom to think about )

I'm going over there in 2/3 weeks for the summer, I've been twice for a fortnight both times. I'm gonna take some photos and make some videos of it, show you guys.
