Chimeera - Anyone know if the server is down?

It says all servers are up while im logging in, then on character select, it says the server is locked.
Anyone know what that means?

I just logged into Infinity and pissed off the residents in an adhoc wookie Metallica tribute band.

Seems to be problems with a lot of the servers this evening. Eclipse is being decidedly funny, been dropped a few times, can't get back in now.
