So many things are dependant on cheese.

Ginsters double cheese and onion packed sandwiches for one.

I prefer a nice slice/block/round of Five Counties cheese.

Give me a big strong cheddar and a hunk of bread, and I'll find many a way to amuse myself.

I've read I can make boob-milk cheese. Do you think there would be a market for that kind of thing, I could make myself a small fortune!

Don't think Xav would be game for a taste though.....

Can we all watch the whole process? For research purposes obviously.
Then we'd be able to offer an informed decision if it would be marketable or not

Of course, the best cheese is the Pineapple ring thingy sold by Tesco. Such a culinary delight, I had one today.
