Just a quick post to say 'Cheers' to all those that played between 8:30 and 10:30 on the bf servers. Great game(s) and reminded my why i bought the game in the first place. Ta all. More games like this needed.

It was fun.

A couple of comments for the liaisons to pass on to Jase/nat :

1) Can we please not have both the servers idling on Battleaxe. It gets a bit boring when you look and yep it's battleaxe again - maybe have one on a big map and another on a small map?

2) Maybe change it to one round per map? That way we might see more than two maps?

I'm impressed by the [G] boys - I gave up spotting a long time ago cos no fucker ever took any notice and/or knew what to do. Very nice work on Battleaxe guys. I could just sit back on the AA and shoot the hell out of the pilots who had been blowing me away on the previous round :D

All in all a good little blast. Any of you that are free on Thursday from 20:30-22:30 and then 22:30-00:30 AndyE and I have a game lined up on the bookable - there's 19 signed up and there's seven slots free as of tonight. Teamspeak servers will be available for both sides and auto-balance will be off (ie teams fixed in advance). Shout if you want one of the slots.

Yeah was lots of fun, and the teamwork in the past on the BW servers used to be good, so it's nice to keep it going.

[G] were able to play because our Jolt league opponents didn't show, so it was nice to find such a good game going on on BW.

Lets hope it's the first of many.

We can try but I gotta tell you that the AG people will get slaughtered :D I'll see if they're up for it if you want - there's a few decent players there but I reckon teamwork must be a swear word or something :rolleyes:

/me would like to point out here that he is not (and has no intention of being) the AG "clan" leader and has in fact been keeping his head down every time they mention clans :D

hehe, we'd certainly be up for it, but it does come to tactics. We're not the best players at G but we do know how to follow a plan and that tends to make the difference.

heh I'd just like to thank everyone who turned up tonight and once again showed that although the other servers may be dryer than a really dryer thing. Bf42 is still kicking.

That reminds me of one of my favorite bits about last night on Battle Axe, I took off headed towards the Axis runway and saw adams was just pulling up into the air...............I dived straight at him and cut the fooker in half :)

tuesday nights game was fun fun fun :D
definitely up for more of that.. its nice to bundle onto a server at an organised time when you know the majority of the people are people you already know... and Embattle! where you playing last night? (tuesday)
