Cheaters - how can you tell?

Aint played cs too long so dont know how easy it is to spot a definite cheat...anyway had a quick game on a BY pistola thing (why!!!! I hear you cry.....Dunno?!! I answer) and this guy had an AK when the rest of us couldnt buy anythin but pistols. He racked up a few kills and pissed off. Is that an obvious cheat then?

The reason I'm asking is that he was tagged up, so if it was an obvious cheat it was a stupid thing to do, no?

If they have Sh33p, CS-B in their name or speak french then they cheat.

I notice this is something to do with AdminMod, it is a pain in the arse, but not really a cheat.. more down to bad AdminModding.

and (altho ive not tried the *bug* for Weapon restrictions) i think if you buy a Weapon by Number (ie AK47 is 1 in Rifle Options) then it should woek

'Buy' exploit doesn't work on there anymore. They have an admin mod plugin that stops it.

Not played many Vehicle Maps.. only the GoKart type Game, but that one was very juddery when you where driving
