I reported him last night, time place, names of people involved and what I did.

Not alot else you can do. Too many people have reported this one person for it to be a 'freak' occurance though. So I hope he gets banned. And I hope to god we hear about it else we'll just think GOA have been arses.

was actually surprised, since after i reported colt for somehow running away from me and malevolencia when we had speed debuffed him from snare poison and champ speed debuff, colt still ran faster.

i got the same message around 2 days later,

but swear i've seen him in game since,
