Cheapest Price?

Hi Guys I'm in the Uk and I've been wanting to get my hands on the full version for a while now having tired myself of playing wake on the demo servers. Sure the demo is fun but the fact that there are few servers, too many 56Kers and only 1 map says it all
However when I popped into my local GAME to check the price it's still at £35!!! I am not paying £35 for a game that is a year odl and I only want to play MP on because thats the only good thing about it!
I continued to search about the net finding it at lowest for £30 which IMO is disgusting seeing a some American games sites have it for £18 when I convert the price!
Anyhow does anyone know where the best place to get the game is from? Or coudl I just buy the X-Pack and us a friends CD to use the original. Which games CD key is used?

Fraid popular games tend to keep their price regardless of their age, retailers wanting to make a profit out of it etc.

As far as I know, £29.99 is the cheapest you'll find (cheapest I could find anyways).

If memory serves, if you're on RtR servers it'll use the RtR key, if you're on BF servers it'll use the BF key - so you *could* use your 'friends' CD, but I wouldnt advise it.

If you like it, buy the game, give poor old DICE the money they deserve

I know I want to give DICE their money they deserve it for a quality game like this. However I reckon retailers are so evil in the UK, how can their US counterparts be charging the same game at half the price? I might get someone i trust inthe US to buy it for me and mail it out.

Actually, its just the US -> UK exchange rates that makes it look cheaper than it is.

Although most things in the US are cheap, the current exchange rates don't help

I checked ebay most of them were imports from the far east ie.Copies that won't work online due to cd keys

There's plenty there from genuine sellers though, depends if you want to save yourself 15 quid or not really. But you're right, avoid the far east jobs at all costs!!!!
