Finland averages around 30e

.dk seems to be 24e ish.

ebay is usally pretty cheap too (paid £15 or £20 for my last u.s. one i believe) and it also gives you the option to have the key e-mailed and therefore save on shipping - obviously depending on how quickly you want the keys and whether or not you want the box.
