A cheap RR2 - RR5 template, should hopefully do me a while, the resists are low because ill probably get CL Resists asap, and expecting buffs from BB, what do you guys think?

drop the crafted dex, and replace it with sists (heat especially, and some more HPs.

also consider dropping the +envenom and switching it for CD/sists.

no need for +11 envenom, add resists instead of it. Just swap items when applying poisons.
Magic resists way too low, dont rely on the cl resists, Ideally all magic resists should be 22%+ except cold.
Malice and Battler are last year xD

Edit: I see armor pieces with 35/37.5 and even 34/37.5 , try to max out the imbue points

Edit2: No need for 80 dex if you're blades, in fact you may skip dex at all!
