My PC sucks, the only good thing about it is that I have cable . I have a crapy intel GFX card and I would like a new one around £50 - 80 range faster that 32mb if that helps lol.

Check out the component offers on dabs.com they have an unbranded 64MB GF2 MX400 for £42.30, or at the higher end of your price range a 64MB GF2 Ti DDR for £84.60.
