Since I wanted to quickly TOA my theurgist (who was in early-SI gear with stuff like Veiled Bracer of Eyes in his template xD) I decided to make a quick template.

The items are extremely easy to get and the template offers 101 DEX/INT and 10/10/10 dmg/range/speed as well as 10% passive pierce. It only offers 1 shapeshift, but a shapeshifted crocodile showing AVALONIAN doesn't really provide me with much increased survivability, I think ;)

It only has +4 to all magic-skills, but I don´t care about that either since I´m a spec-nuker.

it dosnt affect it that much worth going for if u have to gimp resists hits or af tbh only thing that increases it enough worth going for is spell dmg Mastery of magery(higher cap) and acuity to nuke closer to ur cap, wildpower aswell for crits but thats just a bonus,. MOM and spell dmg first all the way ;) but if u can fit it in sure

AFAIK it doesn't really give much benefit for a spec-nuker ? Perhaps I am mistaken, never really played 'pure' casters so perhaps someone can throw me some facts around ?

+ magic skill only has an effect on your nuke varience it has no effect on raising your dmg cap, it will just get you "closer" to it. so with 50 magic skill you will get the closest you can to your damage cap without any realm abilities at all, as saru said, mom raises your cap and aug acuity again gets you "closer" to the cap.

aslong as your have your composite skill of 50 whether from realm ranks or from template i wouldnt worry as a spec nuker, especially as a theurg. for a class that has access to a self debuff in any of the lines i always put +11 to all magic skills in temp for the purposes of respeccing, saves making a new temp, temps fine btw, gl :)

Thanks for the info, it seems my theurg has now 50+8 earth specialisation so I should be fine. For an Air-spec it should be no problem either, as then I would have 45+8 wind-spec.

I followed some table I found on VN which gives you best %dmg increase for an X amount of RA-points spend on them. I'm pretty happy with the damage on my theurg now, couple of nukes on Septina's bard made me smile going in for 700+ per nuke :drink:

And since the template is so damn easy I could probably use it on all my casters which I barely play since it has no realm-restricted drops or anything :)
