Cheap and Easy to get SB Template (HELP)

Ok so here's the thing, I've been looking to get a SB template for my Shadowblade, the gear I'm using is just not good enough, however there are two problems.

The first is I have limited play time, I cant play for longer than a couple of hours a night and can not sit and farm an area for days on end, so ToA Arti's are pretty hard for me to come by.

Second problem is I'm totally usless at making these templates, so here's where I need the help, can any of you fine folks see if you can make up a pretty easy template, i have a full set of MP leather armour which is begging to be SC'ed.

Any help will be appreciated!
