Please say its the first one, with dex and dex cap...

Magical Bonuses:
- Dexterity: 15pts
- Power: 6% of power pool.
- Thrust 7%

Bonus to piety cap +5
Bonus to dex cap +5
Bonus to power bonus cap: 6 (works with both power and power % items )

Magical Ability : Heal

Value : 130
Target: Self
Casting time: 3 sec
