Chars stuck in "old" Emain

Hi!
I just reopend my account after almost a year and found 2 of my chars stuck in "old" Emain, I have tried to get in contact with RightNow and dont get any answer (been over a week now) my question is: Anyone else had this problem and what did you do to "relese" the char's?

I heard that you could pres ESC when the loading screen apears but thing is I dont get any loading screen, the char just "blink" and then ... nothing.

Btw, fun to be back ... I felt very welcomed first day I loged in, was going tru my chars and loged in my warr, he was in Vulcanus so I ran up to see if SoM was up, no SoM so I just started to arrange my quickbar and suddenly *PoP* encounter was up. I asked in guild if I could get any help and everyone stoped doing what they where doing to get to Vulc, a warr friend arrived at the same time as my BB, 2 more guild mates arrived vulcanus Heaven and suddenly a shamy and one SM from BC dashed in and "stole" the cloak.
... I was thinking to my self: oh well, its all the same, nothing has changed, I'm Home! :wub:

Hope you droped the cloak on the way to CM Slanshaman!

Rightnows that were filed under the right category will normally be replied within the first 24 hours (weekdays). And stuck reports get priority over other messages since it actually stops you from playing some of your characters.

So please PM me the ticketnumber and I'll have a look what happened.

Quick queston, does the RN login have to corrisponed with the account you want a char unstuck from?

No as long as you mention the name of the character and the server nice and clearly.
Amazing how many people miss that info from their requests.

That happens when u log ur chars in old emain only way is to go to HPK find some old maps and run. As i saw there were no mobs no guards or anything so u cannot suicide and also u cannot jump from keeps walls as you can't get inside. There could be some hills where u could damage yourself on might take a while ^^

Heh, a char of mine was stuck on zoning y'day night. Rightnowed it and she got free'd 1 hour later. (I reported the problem at 22:30 cet mind you?)

When you send the reports to the right places things happen fast.

That made me lol. I had images of all the old hard core gamers sneaking aroudn the edges of the border keeps to have some low down dirty OF Fg fighting
