Charges

I know item quality affects the number of charges put on it (10 for MP) but is the number of charges affected by the level of the item (i.e., will a copper dirk MP hold 10 charges or is it reduced as it is tier 1 material)?

a level 1 MP item will hold 10 charges, as will a lvl 51 MP item.

Thus its better to put charges on lvl 1 items cos they cost fook all.
