Charged items / charmed weapons

I have no idea what either are.

What is a charged item ? where do you get it and why would you want to get it ? How does it get discharged ? Where do you recharge it ?

Charmed weapons... does anyone charm their weapons ? Why can some weapons be charmed and others can't ? I charmed a weapon once, but the stats stayed the same... I did not notice any kind of improvement as to my hits rate... maybe I missed it.

Don't know about charged items.

Charmed weapons. If you go to an enchanter (NPC not PC !) and get them to charm your weapon you will see the bonus % go up - in the stats list you get when you right click on the item (if its a magical item i.e. already has a bonus then I expect it will make no difference). You will then do more damage (as bonus is taken into effect for this) and I think also have a higher chance to hit.

Charged items - Theres a few merchants around, who sells some items in change of Bounty points. these can revitalize your health, mana, or endurance.
