Character lvl and proc

Does anyone know what midgard classes can use procs above their lvl?

I think i remember reading that warriors can use procs 4 lvls above them, but I'm not sure.

Ex. Thrull the Warrior is lvl 17, so he can use his lvl 20 proc.

The proc only works if u r at the proc lvl ( proc 20 to work u have to be lvl 20 at least )


At least thats my experience.

I used my lvl 45 procc axe already at lvl 40. Never triggered the procc before lvl 45
