Taken from latest Chanter tl report. Is it just me or is this guy having a laugh.


3.0 Specline Issues

3.1 Specline I - Mana

- MR Debuffs; Preliminary versions of 1.63 have shown that MR debuffs will no longer debuff below zero. If this stays in, and if the resist cap is looked at in general, then I would propose increasing the duration of these spells AND having an AE varient for each line so these types of spells could be used again to help our realm mates. Currently, the other debuffs get little to no use due to the short duration, single target nature of the spells.


This seems a bit of a contradiction of what he says earlier. I quote "however, by being able to debuff their own damage, they have the highest damage output potential in Hibernia through the mana line, thus making the other two spec lines much less attractive"

Surely this is making an already powerful line even more over powered when hes complaining that the other 2 lines are too weak.

heh, nice unbiased TL :rolleyes:

poor chanters that "only" can debuff to 0% heatresists now, really feel sad for them, almost make me wanna cry.

I swap stun on chater for both mess and root like my sm have. Chanter has attack speed debuff aoe sm str/con aoe quess what last thing i use when i see a big troll runing towards me is :).

Looks like what i read
the Paladin one is just as funny if not more so

Did you know skalds Stand back during fights healing and CCing ?

according to the Paladin TL they do, btw it was part of his justification for Paladins getting determination and also wanting cheaper IP and Purge for same reason more or less :)

Some albs still think skalds have range 1500 insta stun :)

Enchanter TL is an idiot, a lvl 47 enchanter with about 100k RP on his main char. He believes that PBAE should be nerfed because people make PBAE gank squads consisting of 2 druid 1 warden and 5 PBAE persons pwning everything.

He also thinks it is overpowered enchanters can kill full groups solo without having to worry with moc (He ain't got it what do he know) so he proposed that PBAE would be greyed out when MOC is active.

Thank god he resigned.

However AE Heatdebuff would be more of a nerf, since it would break all CC.

Yeah they could make it so that BAoD lets resists go over 100% as well as debuffs taking resists under 0%! then we could not only DD for sick damage but we could make everyone else take damage for nuking us due to resists being over 100%!!1111

...or not.

yep pbae grayed while moc is running have same sence as styles grayed while ur not messed

Good Idea, but it should heal them instead.
and Baod should be made passive imho
oh and the new radius should be ~500

that would put chanter more in line with other realms pet casters imho

But if it healed it might waste hps!!! what if they were at full hp then it'd be pointless, they'd be so underpowered cos of that ffs.
